Named after the Hebrew term meaning "the God who sees," inspired by the story of Hagar in the Bible, we understand the significance of feeling seen and supported, especially in challenging times. Founder, Danielle, once a single mother homeschooling five children, experienced firsthand the struggles and triumphs of balancing education and life's demands. Through her journey, she witnessed the incredible provision of God and the strength found in community.

Driven by a passion to create a space where families can homeschool their children with ease and support, regardless of their circumstances, El Roi Schoolhouse was born. During a transformative 50-day consecration, guided by the Holy Spirit, the vision for a curriculum that intertwines faith, education, and family bonding emerged.

Our curriculum is centered around the theme of creation, offering a holistic approach to learning. From science and Hebrew studies to scripture memorization, literature exploration, and creating for the marketplace, every aspect is carefully designed to engage and inspire learners of all ages.
